Franchise Motor Group Dales Cornwall Wins ‘SEAT Dealer of the Year’ For Sixth Time Running
10 March 2023 – Cornwall: Dales Cornwall, one of the West Country’s leading new and used car retailers, takes home the coveted ‘SEAT Dealer of the Year’ award for the sixth time in seven years – with its respective Scorrier and Summercourt sites winning big across various categories.
While Dales Summercourt received the prize of ‘SEAT Dealer of the Year’ for ‘Combined Sales, Services and Parts’ – its first time winning this specific accolade – Dales Scorrier was awarded first place in the ‘New Car Retailer of the Year’ category for a second year in a row.
More than just the incredible cars, offers and technology, Dales Cornwall prides itself on employing fully accredited and network-trained staff, who are all dedicated to providing the best in-store experience – with a personal ‘human touch’ essential to everything they do.
Both sites credited their success to the teams’ hard work and high regard for customer service, with Dales Scorrier Sales Manager Adam Gill commenting:
“This is the 6th major award in 7 years, on top of countless other separate category awards. All I can say is that there is no magic formula – but it's all about the people, as well as them sharing the same vision and values. We have a clear objective that prioritises customer satisfaction first and foremost, followed by loyalty.
