Dales Scorrier wins SEAT Dealer of the Year for the fourth time
12 March 2020 – Cornwall: Dales SEAT Scorrier – one of the leading new and used car retailers in the West Country – claims the SEAT Dealer of the Year award for its fourth year – an accolade which recognises exceptional customer service across the board.
Commenting on the success of his team, which was rewarded with celebratory Friday night drinks, SEAT Sales Manager Adam Gill said:
“To win this award is a phenomenal achievement – and to claim it for a fourth year out of five is even better! Truly, we owe all our success to the hard work and dedication of our team, which go above and beyond to deliver the best customer service wherever possible. This prize means so much more, knowing that it’s based upon a collective willingness to go the extra mile for our customers. Thank you to SEAT for recognising us as your Dealer of the Year and more importantly, thank you to all our employees who made it possible! Here’s to another year of exceptional customer service and performance.”
The SEAT Dealer of the Year award is allocated to one of the 118 SEAT dealers across the UK and is measured upon 10 Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), including customer satisfaction, new car performance and customer loyalty.
Success is based upon a point system, where each KPI is scored between 1-10 (10 being the highest) to produce a maximum total of 100 points. The goal is to score highly across all categories, as opposed to disproportionally highly in just one – this ensures that all elements of the customer journey are considered, to produce a balanced and relative result.
